When can I buy a board?
Purchasing is paused because live inventory is offline.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping rates, origin, carrier, and transit times are pending owner confirmation. Checkout stays closed until they are saved.
What is the return policy?
The confirmed return window is 14 days. The customer pays return shipping. Read the full returns policy for condition, packaging, and refund rules.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax rates are pending owner confirmation. Checkout stays closed until tax can be calculated.
How do payments work?
Card payment is not configured yet. The site will not show a successful payment until a verified payment provider is connected.
How do I track an order?
Use the order number and checkout email on the Track order page. A carrier tracking number appears only after the store enters the real shipment. There is no estimated tracking number before that.
Which board is for beginners?
Sunset Cruiser is positioned as a stable, easy-paddling board for relaxed sessions. Beginner suitability depends on verified dimensions and volume. Those specifications are not a beginner-safety claim until they are confirmed.
Where is SURFCOOL based?
The legal name, address, and support contact are pending owner confirmation. They will be published when they are verified. The store does not use a placeholder address.
